Me and myself! Having some time to yourself! How wonderful. And, even if it's hard, just enjoy the peace and quiet. And doing nothing.

Soak yourself in a bathtub, maybe you have some foam at hand. And of course lots of candles, light music, a cup of tea or a glass of red wine. And very important: either your bathrobe or your feel-good clothes ready to hand. Maybe even warm them up a little on the radiator. And in winter, a hot water bottle in bed. And now breathe in the aroma of the scented candles and let your soul dangle.
